Welcome to Everport Trial

Everport is an application to help you quickly import pages from 37signals' Backpack web application to Evernote. Make sure you're connected to the internet, as Everport does require internet access to access your Evernote and Backpack accounts.

To use Everport, all you have to do is:

  1. Click the Manage Accounts button in the toolbar and setup the Backpack accounts that you would like to import from. You only have to do this the first time you use Everport or whenever you need to add a new Backpack account.

  2. Select the account to import data from in the account popup in the toolbar (labeled Account).

  3. To mark a page for import, just check the checkbox next to the page name. To view the page's content, just click on the page's name in the list of pages. You'll see the page's content in this space. If you want to import all pages, then don't bother selecting them. If no pages are marked for import, Everport assumes you want to import all of them. You can also use the Import None and Import All buttons above the page list to quickly select or deselect all pages for import and then just check the ones you want or do not want to import.

Note: For this trial version, you can only import one page at a time, if you select more than one page, you will be told that only 1 page will be imported. Everport will then only import the first page you selected.

To import all pages at once, you need to purchase the full version of Everport from the Mac App Store. Just click on the Purchase toolbar button to do so.

  4. Click the Import into Evernote button in the toolbar to begin the import. The first time you do this, you'll be prompted for the Evernote account info. Everport will confirm you want to import the selected pages and begin importing the data and display it's progress.

When Everport is done, it will tell you where it put the Backpack pages in Evernote.
