- Windows 7 / Vista , Microsoft.NET Framework upgrade - first double click on Microsoft.NET Framework 4 (Web Installer).exe to setup .NET Framework 4, about 48.1MB downloading. or Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer)

then double click on FontsLoaderXpressSetup.msi to start installation.
