The Document Window: Toolbar

The Toolbar is used to quickly access most used functions of StageTitles. You can configure it to your needs (rearranging, adding, removing icons) using a right click anywhere on the Toolbar.

The following table shows an overview of the StageTitles Toolbar icons.

Open Document

Open Document
Show dialog box to open a StageTitles document.

New Document

New Document
Create a new StageTitles document.

Insert Slide

Insert Slide
Insert a new empty slide after the selected one. The style of the new slide will be the same as the selected slide or as the default (slide 0), depending on the setting in Preferences > Slides > Insert.

Duplicate Slide

Duplicate Slide
Make an exact copy of the selected slide and insert it right after it.

Move Slide

Move Slide
Display a dialog box to enter a new position to move the selected slide to.

Update Slide

Update Slide
Update the selecte slide. This will also save the document without needing to switch to another slide or selected another command.

Clean Slide

Clean
The selected slide or all slides will be emptied if containing only spaces, tabs, returns and user defined characters (see Preferences > Slides > Clean).

Delete Slide

Delete Slide
Remove the selected slide. This can't be undone.

Cut Slide

Cut Slide
Remove the selected slide and put it on the slide clipboard.

Copy Slide

Copy Slide
Copy the selected slide to the slide clipboard.

Paste Slide

Paste Slide
Insert the slide on the slide clipboard into the slide list behind the selected slide. The unique number from the original slide will be used if the slide was cut and pasted for the first time. If the slide was copied or with successive pastes, a new unique number will be created.

Colors panel

Colors
Opens the Colors panel.

Fonts panel

Fonts
Opens the Font panel.

Ruler On Ruler Off

Ruler
Show or hide the Ruler in the Slide Editor.

Find window

Find
This opens the Find in All Slides window. See Edit Menu for more information.

Reset background

Reset Background to Default
Display a dialog box to reset the background color of the selected slide or all slides to the default color (slide 0).

Reset style

Reset Style to Default
Display a dialog box to reset the style of the selected slide or all slides to the default color (slide 0).

Print Slide

Print
Print the selected slide.

First slide

Go to slide 1

Previous slide

Go to the previous slide

Next slide

Go to the next slide

Last slide

Go to the last slide

Jump to slide

Jump to slide
Display a dialog box to enter a number for the slide to show. You can also jump to a Unique number.

Preferences

Preferences
Opens the Preferences window.

Options window

Options
Opens the Options window.

Projector Off Projector On

Projector
Activate the Projector. If activated the icon will light up and clicking this will close the Projector.

Show info

Show Info
Show information and statistics about the StageTitles document (size, location, date, counters).
